For your convenience the Main stockroom is open during the lunch hour. It is also open whenever a general chemistry lab is in session.
Often, during the academic year, the stockroom is open in the evening from 6-9pm or as early as 7:30am. The days when this occurs vary from semester to semester. Check with stockroom personnel for current extended operating hours.

Organic Stockroom Hours

For your convenience the organic stockroom is open during the afternoon hours. If you need access to the organic stockroom in the morning please see stockroom personnel in the main stockroom (room #103). The Organic stockroom is also open whenever an organic chemistry lab is in session. Sometimes, during the academic year, the stockroom is open in the evening from 6-9pm or as early as 7:30am. These items are for sale or rent to students for their lab classes. for legal, tax & business reasons individuals are not allowed to purchase chemicals or supplies from the chemistry department for their personal use.

For the convenience of all NMSU research groups and departments the chemistry stockroom makes many different chemicals, laboratory apparatus and supplies available for sale. The stockroom has a wide range of common chemicals, solvents and indicator; as well as, items such as disposable gloves, kimwipes, parafilm, brushes, glassware, bottles, vials, tubing, etc. Current prices and quantities of all the items in stock are available upon request.
