We are an organic chemistry
laboratory interested
in the synthesis of structurally complex peptidomimetics and natural products with direct relevance to
cancer biology and infectious diseases.
We utilize various constrained cyclic architectures in our studies on the bioactive conformations of
peptides, and in the development of drug leads through structure-based
design. For more detailed information on current projects please visit the research page of our group website by clicking
here.
